Easter/Spring

We went to a park with a group from our ward and went on an Easter egg hunt then did some egg jousting!  You joust with hard boiled eggs and if your does not break, you go on to the next round!  None of us won, but it was a new experience!

 

 

Shadow really like to sit in the front seat when we go to the store!

 

 

The kids got to go swimming one day while on Spring Break

 The Diva is all tuckered out and fell asleep on Shadow's bed one afternoon!

 

Wade & Connie came to visit so we decided to go to Pike's Peak.  Such a cool place, but a lot colder than we expected!

 

 We went to a nice restaurant in Colorado Springs and then stopped by Air Force Academy.

Winter

Ryan's Birthday dinner was spent at Fujiyama's!  No Red Robin for this sushi fan!!

 

Murph fell down the new stairs at SVA & broke her foot!  She thought the boot was pretty stylin'!

 

Shadow is getting alot bigger than we expected & we had to install a doggie door!

 The kids absolutely LOVE having a dog!

 

Murph gave her 1st talk in sacrament meeting!  She is growing up so fast.

 We took a visit to the Molly Brown House & Museum.  We learned alot of information that ended up helping Brooklyn for a report she had to do on Molly Brown.

SkyView Academy Happenings

The middle/high school started the 12-13 school year at the University of Phoenix while the addition to SVA was being built.  We FINALLY were able to move back into our new "digs" in January, 2013.  We had alot of fun & good memories at UofP.

 

 Mrs. Burgess is the BEST BOSS (& Principal) EVER!!

 

 We had a Bowlapalooza to end our time at UofP.

 

 Our 1st home basketball game in our new gym!

Trip to Utah/New Year's

We spent New Year's in Utah visiting family.

 

 Charlie & Lizz

 We went to Temple Square with the Jewkes' Family

 We went to a sporting goods store "Scheels" with the Murri's

 We even went to the Jewkes' Family Christmas party where we saw lots of cousins we haven't seen in years!
 

 We also made a special trip to see Grandma Meadows 

 

Such a fun trip & we are so grateful to see everyone!
