Patti's Wedding



At the end of June, we drove to Utah for a few days to see Patti & Eric get married!

 

 

 This was our first time ever meeting Eric & his daughter.  We like to call her "the Princess" & love having a cousin on the Jewkes' side!

 

All the girls had to get pampered & get their nails done!

 

Andrea had her hair done & looked beautiful! (Thanks Tiffiny!)

It was late afternoon when we took most of the photos so the lighting wasn't the best, but we managed to get lots of fun photos!  It was fun to see lots of old friends & family too.  Congratulations, Patti & Eric!  You have waited a long time for this, & you deserve all the happiness in the world!



Girls' Camp

Murph's 2nd year at Girls' Camp was fun.  They got to repel, canoe, zipline, and do a suspended obstacle course!

 

 She was dared to eat an ant which she did!

 

June

Our summer started out with lots of running around!  Golf lessons, baseball, softball, Murph attending Girls' Camp, and Ryan's work summer party at a Rockies' game.  Murph learned to stick her tongue out in every photo and Little Man learned how to photo bomb.

 

 

 

Shadow was even a spectator at some of the games!

SVA End of Year

The end of the year brought lots of happenings that we didn't get very many or very good pictures of!  Murph was in the 7th grade play, "Living Statues."  She also loved having lab in science.

 

 

1st grade had made volcanoes in science

The year ended with Field Day and it was pretty cold weather, but the kids still had fun!

Easter/Spring

We went to a park with a group from our ward and went on an Easter egg hunt then did some egg jousting!  You joust with hard boiled eggs and if your does not break, you go on to the next round!  None of us won, but it was a new experience!

The kids got to go swimming one day while on Spring Break

 The Diva is all tuckered out and fell asleep on Shadow's bed one afternoon!

 

Wade & Connie came to visit so we decided to go to Pike's Peak.  Such a cool place, but a lot colder than we expected!

 

 We went to a nice restaurant in Colorado Springs and then stopped by Air Force Academy.
