Utah Trip-Part 1

We went to Utah for a Murri Family Reunion & ended up staying the entire week, as Charlie's reception was the next weekend.  During that time it was Andrea's birthday & all she wanted to do was go fishing!  Mirror Lake is Andrea's favorite place & we all like to fish, so it was a go!  A little overcast, the Diva fell in the lake, & then it rained, but always successful!

The reunion was with all of Ryan's extended family & was so much fun!  They had a bubble gum contest to see who could hold the most pieces of bubble gum in their mouth at once.  Ryan lost with 35!  (The winner was 40!!)  Yes, it was gross, but hilarious!  Lots of fun to see everyone again!

We decided to go fishing again at Tibble Fork.  Not as successful, but lots of fun.  It was a great week & really fun, especially for the kids to hang out with their cousins.

The Wedding

Andrea's brother, Charlie was married to Lizz in the LA Temple on August 3rd.  Lizz's mom made dresses for the girls & everything turned out great!

Apparently, we got a little sun at the temple!  It was fun to spend time with family & celebrate.  Congrats to Charlie & Lizz!

Legoland

Since the kids LOVE Lego's, we took them to Legoland!  It was so cool to see so many things made out of Lego's.  There were lots of fun rides, a water park, & Patti even joined us for half of the day.

The kids spotted "Grandpa Wade" at Legoland!!

After the water park, they had these family dryers that we used to dry off.  It was crazy!

Lots of fun memories before heading back to the hotel.  Not looking forward to the 2 hour drive to LA tomorrow, but hopefully we will sleep on the way!

San Diego

In August we went to California, stopping in San Diego first.  We went to the Mormon Battalion where we panned for gold, built things out of brick, washed our clothes by hand, & learned about the early saints.  We then stopped by the San Diego Temple before heading to the hotel.

Girls' Camp

Murph was able to attend her first Girls' Camp!

They went hiking, did archery, went "snipe" hunting, had water activities, played in the mud, ate great food, & had "the most emotional testimony meeting ever!"
